What exactly does Kivonix do?
We are an independent mobile development studio. We brainstorm, design, build, and publish our own portfolio of Android games and utility applications directly to the Google Play Store for users worldwide.
Where can I download your apps and games?
All of our official applications and games are exclusively available for download on the Google Play Store. We do not distribute our apps through third-party APK websites to ensure your security and device safety.
Are Kivonix apps safe to use?
Absolutely. We adhere strictly to Google Play Developer Policies. Our apps are regularly scanned by Google Play Protect, and we only request permissions that are absolutely necessary for the app to function properly.

Ads & In-App Purchases

Are your apps free to use?
The vast majority of our apps and games are completely free to download and use. To support our development team, we may offer optional premium features or display advertisements.
Why do your apps contain ads?
Ads allow us to keep our apps free for millions of users around the world. We work hard to ensure that ads are non-intrusive, family-friendly, and do not disrupt your core experience.
How can I remove ads from an app?
Many of our apps offer a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase or a Premium upgrade. You can usually find this option in the app's settings menu or on the main screen.
I bought a premium feature but it's not showing up. What do I do?
First, ensure you are logged into the Google Play Store with the exact same Google account you used to make the purchase. Try restarting the app or looking for a "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings. If the issue persists, please contact our support team with your Google Play Order ID.

Troubleshooting & Support

The app is crashing or freezing. How can I fix this?
Please try the following steps:

1. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed from Google Play.
2. Clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Cache).
3. Restart your device.
If the problem continues, please contact us with your device model and Android version.
Do your apps require an internet connection?
It depends on the app. Many of our utility apps and casual games work perfectly offline. However, features like leaderboards, multiplayer modes, or loading new content will require an active internet connection.
How do I report a bug or suggest a new feature?
