Because our products are entirely digital (mobile applications, games, in-app purchases, and premium upgrades), we do not offer physical returns. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds for digital purchases made through the Google Play Store.
Important Note: Kivonix does not process payments directly. All transactions, billing, and initial refund requests are handled securely by Google Play.
1. Refunds Within 48 Hours
If you purchased an app, an in-app item, or a subscription and you are unsatisfied, you can request a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase.
How to request a refund from Google Play:
- Open a web browser and go to play.google.com/store/account.
- Click on Order History.
- Find the order you want to return.
- Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
You will typically get a decision from Google within 1 to 4 business days.
2. Refunds After 48 Hours
After the standard 48-hour Google Play refund window has passed, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. However, Kivonix may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The app or in-app purchase is fundamentally broken, defective, or fails to function as advertised on your specific device.
- You made a duplicate purchase by accident due to a technical error in the app.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our support team at contact@kivonix.com. You must include your Google Play Order ID (which looks like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567) in your email so we can locate your transaction.
3. Subscriptions and Cancellations
If you have subscribed to a premium service within one of our apps, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store app (Menu > Subscriptions). Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Consumable In-App Purchases
Certain in-app purchases are "consumable" (e.g., virtual coins, gems, extra lives, or hints). Once these items have been used, spent, or consumed within the game or app, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
